The Company recognizes that the key to its development is human resources, and has therefore taken a series of measures to improve working conditions and the surrounding environment:

• Upgrade of the Human Resources department
• Provision of continuous training in Health & Safety aspects, aiming at the improvement of technical knowledge and skills, as well as the proper application and utilization of the supplied Personal Protection Equipment
• Organization of regular drills for minor or large – scale firefighting, as well as other measures to handle emergencies
• Establishment of an integrated ventilation and dust removal system
• Performance of regular environmental measurements for chemical agents, to assure employees’ health
• Continuous and substantial health supervision for its staff, through regular visits by the occupational physician in a specially laid out company facility
• Establishment of a program to reduce V.O.C rates, pursuant to 2004/42/CE DIRECTIVE
